1 Dead-More than 100 shots were fired during gun-battle in Nashville
Nashville TN July 12 2021 A man was killed Saturday in an explosive exchange of gunfire outside a cluster of businesses in Midtown, police said.
More than 100 shots were fired during multiple rounds of shooting outside H-Cue’s Poolroom and the Chicken Coop, two businesses on 21st Avenue South, police said.
Nashville police said Dontario Graham, 20, died after reaching Vanderbilt University Medical Center nearby.
The shooting took place at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot behind the business, police said.
Investigators say it began with shots fired between two unidentified men. Police said “several others then reportedly retrieved handguns.”
