Game room shooting in north Harris County leaves security guard shot multiple times

Police are investigating a shooting Wednesday morning at a game room in north Harris County that left a security guard shot multiple times.
Deputies and deputy constables said witnesses fled the scene, leaving the security guard on the ground outside around 1 a.m., Metro Video reported.
The game room was located at 11602 Veterans Memorial Drive near Milroy Lane.
Authorities say that the security guard is stable condition and that he was shot multiple times during an apparent robbery attempt.
Investigators believe the security guard called police. They did speak to one witness at the scene, but no information about a suspect was available by 3 a.m.
