2 nightclub security guards shot in Fort Worth parking lot

Two security guards were shot early Monday in the parking lot of a nightclub, police said.
One of the security officers was critically wounded, WFAA-TV reported Monday.
The shooting occurred shortly after 1 a.m. at the Silver Horse II Saloon, 3300 E. Lancaster Ave.
The security officers were shot when they denied entry to some patrons, police said. The second guard was shot in the leg and he was in stable condition, according to news reports.
No arrests had been made.
