7 Security Officers Murdered, 8 Others Shot in Just 7 Days!

A seventh security officer has been killed in just one week!
8 other security officers have been shot.
The 72-year-old security officer died after an altercation with a juvenile at ShowPlace ICON Theatre & Kitchen at Roosevelt Collection in the South Loop of Chicago on Saturday night.
His death occurred a day before and near the same location where Chicago police made nearly 40 arrests of teens during a disorderly disturbance.
Police were at the theatre, at 1011 S. Delano Court, about 10 p.m. when they were flagged down by security officer Jackey R. Fisher, 72, who was seeking help in restraining and removing from the theater a female juvenile who had allegedly hurled a slushy at another security officer, according to a police report.
Fisher told police he witnessed the incident and was not attacked by the juvenile, the report said.
After the police escorted the teen away, the officers heard screams for help after Fisher passed out in the revolving doors of the theater, the report said.
A good Samaritan doctor who was at the theater at the time tried to administer CPR and used a defibrillator on Fisher, a police report said.
He was transported to the hospital but has passed away.
Police believe that the confrontation with the teen caused the security officer to go into cardiac arrest and are now looking for the teen involved who could face serious charges.
A nightclub security officer was literally beaten to death by a mob after a brawl inside the club spilled out onto the sidewalks. The Los Angeles police reported that at least 6-9 people were involved in the beating of the security officer.
A Brooklyn security officer was shot to death as he was leaving work. NYPD has not released his name yet but said that it appears that it may have been a robbery attempt.
An armored truck security officer also died after being shot multiple times during a robbery.
Scott Bee, 55 was rushed to the hospital but passed away from his injuries.
Douglas Kirkland, 19, was also murdered just three days into his job. Police have not made an arrest yet.
A Portland hospital security officer was gunned down trying to protect patients and staff inside the hospital. Bobby Smallwood was shot at least twice and succumbed to his injuries. The shooter was later fatally wounded by police.
A Houston security officer confronted a trespasser at the entrance to an apartment complex and was almost immediately gunned down. The Houston Police Department said the deadly shooting happened in the 3400 block of Blalock Road. Police responded after receiving calls about a shooting. No arrests have been made in this murder.
Eight other security officers, including three that are still listed in critical condition, were all shot during the same time period.
