Mother arrested after Motor City Casino security officer finds small child alone in car

A security officer at the Motor City Casino was on patrol in the parking deck area when he spotted a child alone in one of the vehicles.
Police were called in Friday morning at around 7 am after security could not locate anyone in the area.
The 3-year-old boy had been left alone, locked in a white SUV on the third floor.
Police and casino security were able to locate the mother inside the casino and after an investigation police arrested the woman.
The young boy is now with a family member according to police.
A representative with the Motor City Casino says the child was in good condition.
