Two Austin Texas security officers shot during gunfight

Two security officers were shot during a shoot-out during a confrontation at the Velvet Lounge at the 6000 block of north I-35, near the intersection of I-35 and hwy 290 police reported.
Just after 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Austin-Travis County EMS and the Austin Police Department responded to a report of two individuals with gunshot wounds.
Right now, police say that a large fight in the parking lot broke out.
When security officers on-site responded to break it up, someone from the crowd began shooting at them. The officers, who are armed, began firing back.
The suspect was hit and took off running.
Two security officers also sustained serious injuries.
