Six Flags Magic Mountain security make burglary arrests
Santa Clarita CA November 8 2018
Two out-of-towners were arrested for felony grand theft at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Sunday after security personnel saw a man on surveillance video taking guests’ property near rides.
Here’s the story from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s social media:
“The park’s security team immediately notified deputies at the Six Flags Magic Mountain substation.
“Responding deputies arrested an 18-year-old woman from Oak Park and a 20-year-old man from Tarzana on felony charges of grand theft, burglary, and conspiracy to commit crime.
“Multiple items of stolen property were recovered that were in the couple’s possession.
“These arrests would not have been possible without the great partnership that Six Flags Security personnel share with SCV Sheriff’s deputies. They have the mutual goal of catching crooks to prevent our residents and visitors from being victimized.”
