VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. November 10 2018 A 65-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after he was reportedly caught masturbating in the reference section of the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library.

Virginia Beach police say they were called to the library on Virginia Beach Boulevard around 5 p.m. to address the incident.

The man was located and arrested.

Police say he has been identified as William Foster Wilcox of Beaverton, Oregon.

Wilcox was charged with drunk in public, exposure and masturbation.
