Harrah’s Casino troublemakers arrested
JOLIET, IL December 30 2018– A middle-aged man and woman from Romeoville were arrested on Christmas night by Joliet Police at the Harrah’s Casino after police say they became disorderly toward the casino’s security staff.
The two people who were charged with criminal trespass are: Kimberly Jurceka, 52, and Ronald Kosiarek, 51.
According to police reports of the incident, officers were summoned at 11:40 p.m. and upon their arrival, they met with Harrah’s security “and were told by staff that Jurceka was asked to leave the property three times but refused to do so.”
Meanwhile, as officers were hauling Jurceka out of the Joliet casino, more problems arose.
“Security staff stated that while they were attempting to get Jurceka to leave the property, Kosiarek made verbal threats of bodily harm to security staff.
Because of Kosiarek’s behavior, staff feared they were about to be battered by Kosiarek,” police reports show.
The Romeoville pair were both arrested and issued a $150 compliance ticket for the trespassing offense, according to Joliet Police.
