Las Vegas armored truck robbed at gunpoint
LAS VEGAS NV Feb 16 2019 – Police are looking for an armored car robbery suspect from late Thursday morning.
Metro Police say at 11:25 a.m., a suspect armed with a handgun, committed the robbery at the 8600 block of W. Tropicana, near Durango Road. The suspect demanded money from the victim who, later complied.
The suspect took the money and fled the area in an early 2000’s Grey or Silver Dodge Stratus, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
Police describe the suspect as an unknown race male adult, 5’9”, medium build, last seen wearing a green/yellow hooded long sleeved shirt, white mask and black gloves.
