A 19-year-old St. Louis man is in custody and facing first-degree murder charges after turning himself in just minutes after the shooting.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Collin Aubuchon is charged in the death of 35-year-old Richard Kladky.
The shooting happened Sunday night. Kladky was shot several times. Witnesses told police they saw someone pull up in a white car and open fire on Kladky, continuing to shoot as he ran away.
Police say that minutes after the shooting, Aubuchon went to a business and surrendered to a private security officer, who contacted police and held the man until police arrived and took him into custody.
