Arlington TX Security Officer Shot To Death

Police announced late Monday that two persons had been murdered in Arlington a few miles apart Sunday evening.
One of those killed was a security officer who was shot and killed about 11:45 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Amigos Sports Bar in the 3200 block of E. Park Row Drive in Arlington.
The name of the security officer had not been released pending notification of relatives.
When officers arrived, they found a man in his 40s lying in the parking lot of the business with multiple gunshot wounds, police said in a news release Monday.
The man was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
“Investigators believe that the security officer was working for the business and are working to figure out exactly what happened,” police said in the news release.
No suspects have been identified in this shooting.
