Hotel security, police perform CPR on woman found dead in hot tub
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. June 22 2019— An investigation is underway after hotel security found a woman dead in a hot tub.
The woman from Greensboro was found face-down and unresponsive and security officers and police performed CPR while waiting for EMS.
The incident was reported at the Patricia Grand at 2710 North Ocean Boulevard.
The coroner later identified the woman as 57-year-old Paula Egleston, of Greensboro.
She died from an apparent drowning but the official cause has not been released yet.
