Intoxicated security guard arrested for pointing gun

A security guard wanted by police for felonious assault turned himself into police this week.
Police said that Kenneth Brown, 52, surrendered to police on allegations that he drunkenly walked into a business in the 5700 block of Crowder Boulevard in New Orleans East while wearing his security guard uniform, pointed a gun at someone and threatened to kill that person, officials said Monday.
Police did not identify the victim or state what promoted Brown to engage in this type of conduct.
There’s no word on bond or if he has an attorney.
