Baltimore man charged in $16,000 theft of casino chips

An arrest in the theft of $16,000 worth of chips from a Baltimore casino is just one of many incidents in recent months at the horseshoe Casino near downtown Baltimore.
Police say they arrested a man after being called to the casino by security and have charged him for stealing chips from the casino.
Police said they arrested 31-year-old Samuel Stovall on Saturday.
Police said Stovall was taken to jail and will go before a court commissioner.
