Security guard attacked during jewelry store robbery

Nottinghamshire Police were called at around 1.30 pm on 9 December 2019 following reports of a theft from Goldsmiths in Victoria Street, Nottingham.
A Rolex watch was stolen.
A security guard was attacked but did still manage to give chase.
Both men were described as black, very well dressed, one wearing a light-coloured trench coat and cap. There was no clothes description for the second man.
Officers continue to review local CCTV footage.
The men travelled towards Bridlesmith Gate and are believed to have got into a white car.
