Toledo man arrested for masturbating inside Kohl’s store
TOLEDO, Ohio May 5 2017 A Toledo man was caught on surveillance walking through a local store and then taking his penis out and masturbating.
According to police, employees of the department store contacted law enforcement.
Police say that an officer witnessed, via live surveillance video, Matheno Bryant-Bey, 28, of Toledo, “take out his private part from inside his pants,” and masturbate. The incident happened inside of Kohl’s Department Store on Monroe Street.
He has been charged with Public Indecency and Recklessly Engaging in Sexual Conduct or Masturbation for his actions inside a local department store.
Bryant-Bey has been booked into the Lucas County Jail on the charges.
