Woman charged in assault on security, police officers

Sara M. Cunningham, 45, of 10400 Brooks Ln., Chicago Ridge, was charged with felony aggravated battery at approximately 10:40 p.m. Dec. 13.
A security officer at Joe’s Live, 5441 Park Pl., told police Cunningham had caused a disturbance inside.
As she was being escorted outside, she allegedly kicked the security guard.
An off-duty officer working security in the entertainment district, who was responding to Joe’s for a separate incident, was also kicked by Cunningham, police said.
Police said Cunningham appeared to be highly intoxicated. She was taken to a bond hearing at the Maybrook Courthouse on Dec. 15. No other court information was available.
