Securitas Electronic Security Purchases Customer Contracts of iVerify
UNIONTOWN, Ohio Jan 4 2020— Securitas Electronic Security (SES) announces the acquisition of customer contracts and certain select assets of iVerify. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Iverify is a leading, full-service interactive security company that provides life safety, loss prevention, cyber breach reduction and brand protection to companies throughout North America. The company provides consulting, design, installation, monitoring and interactive support services to large and small retailers, automotive dealerships, property management companies, and a host of other business types. Iverify operates 24×7 monitoring centers in Charlotte, N.C., and Chanhassen, Minn.
The acquisition supports SES’s strategy of building its electronic security business in North America, the announcements states.

In 2018, Per Mar Security Services acquired two security companies from from iVerify, expanding its presence in Nebraska and Wisconsin. The acquired companies were Barone Security Solutions of Ralston, Neb., and Polk Burnett Security Systems (PBSS) of Frederic, Wisc.
