DAYTON OH March 11 2020
A 42-year-old woman accused of performing sex acts on five boys while working as a security guard at a Dayton recreation center pleaded guilty to charges Monday.
LQuita L. Ross was convicted of two counts of rape and four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records.
She is scheduled to be sentenced March 27.
She faces three to 11 years on each rape count and one to five years on each unlawful sexual conduct with a minor charge, according to records.
On March 19, 2019, Ross participated in sex acts with five boys in an alley while on duty as a Moonlight Security guard at Northwest Recreation Center, according to a court affidavit.
The boys’ ages ranged from 12 to 15 years old.
An HR director for Moonlight Security previously said that Ross was no longer an employee with the company but did not confirm when her employment ended.
The City of Dayton contracted through Moonlight Security to provide security at the rec center. The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office initially believed there may have been more victims in the case, however, no additional victims have come forward.
