HOOKSETT, NH Sept 18 2017 — A Bay State woman is due in court in November after an alleged trespassing incident this morning in Hooksett, according to police. Autumn Scanlon, 22, of Waltham, MA, was arrested on Sept. 17, 2017, and charged with criminal trespass, two counts of resisting arrest, disobeying an officer, and transportation of a controlled drug, as well as possession of marijuana and lights required violations. Police were sent to Southern New Hampshire University to assist campus security with an unwanted party incident at just before 4 a.m. this morning according to Sgt. Valerie Lamy of the Hooksett Police Department.

A woman – Scanlon – was asked by security to leave the campus but allegedly refused.

“Officers from the Hooksett Police Department escorted Scanlon to her vehicle,” Lamy alleged. “While still speaking with Scanlon, she got into her vehicle and began to drive away, despite officers’ commands to stop (and) returned to the dorm that she was previously told to leave.”

Scanlon was then arrested, processed, and released on $11,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Nov. 1.

According to posts online, Scanlon attended the school from 2013, to 2016, and played on a number of sports teams at the school.
