NJ security guard arrested with drugs
Plainsboro NJ Oct 9 2017 A traffic stop on an off-duty security officer resulted in police arresting him.
Daquan Mayer, 21, of Trenton, was recently arrested in Plainsboro after being found in alleged possession of marijuana.
About 11:10 p.m. Sept. 29, a Plainsboro patrol officer stopped a 1997 tan Nissan Altima on Scudders Mill Road for maintenance of lamps.
The police investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Mayer, was in alleged possession of marijuana.
Mayer, a security guard by occupation, was arrested and transported to Plainsboro Township Police Headquarters for processing.
Mayer was issued a summ for maintenance of lamps and released pending a mandatory court date at the Plainsboro Municipal Court.
