Alton man charged with felony assault on a hospital security officer
EDWARDSVILLE IL Jan 21 2021— Felony criminal charges was recently filed by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s office include:
Peter J. Liparoto, 49, of Alton, was charged Jan. 13 with aggravated battery, a Class 2 felony.
The case was presented by the Alton Police Department.
According to court documents, on Jan. 4 Liparoto struck a private security guard at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Bail was set at $25,000.
