Shreveport security officer shot at while sitting inside his car
SHREVEPORT, LA Nov 3 2017 Police quickly responded and surrounded an apartment complex after a security officer reported being shot at.
Some say that the security guard for the complex is lucky to be alive after being shot at inside his vehicle.
It happened after midnight at the Cypress Landing Apartments in the 4700 block of Hilry Huckaby Avenue.
Police say the man was sitting inside his car when bullets were fired at him.
Officers did not report any injuries to the security officer but conducted a search of the area.
No arrests have been made but the crime is under investigation.
