Texas security officer shot during disturbance
TOMBALL, Texas July 13 2021– An argument in front of a bar escalated into gunfire, leaving a security guard and one other injured north of Houston early Monday morning, said deputies.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports that shortly after 1 a.m., there was an argument between two groups in front of Little Woodrow’s bar in Tomball.
The security guard attempted to separate the two sides and make everyone leave, but the argument continued into the parking lot.
Deputies say someone pulled a gun and shot three times into the crowd, striking the guard and another man. One is in critical condition and the other is stable.
It’s unknown what the argument was about.
