4 people, including security officer, hurt in 3 overnight Orange County shootings
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. Sept 11 2021 Four people, including a security officer, were hurt in three separate shootings near an Orange County nightclub, deputies said.
Deputies said that just after midnight, a 30-year-old security guard was in the parking lot of the Le Palace Night Club at 5526 South Orange Blossom Trail reporting a shooting to them, when a person shot at the group.
The security officer suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital, where he is in stable condition.
No deputies were injured at the scene.
Deputies said the suspect fled the scene in a black car.
While at the scene, deputies were also flagged down by three people with gunshot wounds near the intersection of Tropical Drive and South Orange Blossom Trail.
The three people were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are in stable condition.
No other details were released.
The investigation is ongoing.
