Georgia police Lt. Brandi Stock passes away from COVID19

A Georgia community is in mourning following the death of a police officer due to COVID-19.
The Brooklet Police Department announced Monday that Lt. Brandi Stock passed away Sunday night due to complications from the coronavirus.
Stock began her law enforcement career in 2009, during which she was an officer with the Warner Robins Police Department. She began her career following a stint in the military, where she served six years.
She then joined the Brooklet Police Department part-time in 2018, then full-time in 2019 and “quickly moved up through the ranks to Lieutenant and served as Assistant Chief.
…She was loved dearly by our department and leaves behind an emptiness that will never be filled. Please pray for us and join us in praying for her husband and family during these difficult times,” Brooklet PD posted on Facebook.
“Lt. Stock was an integral member of our Patrol Division and was a SWAT Operator, going on many details,” Warner Robins Police posted on Facebook. “We honor her memory and will never forget.”
