Miami Florida November 18 2021
A security officer on duty at a Miami highrise condominium was verbally attacked, threatened and
then thrown off the property by a board member.
The security officer involved in the incident provided video evidence of this attack saying that it all
began when he went to his vehicle to eat lunch and a resident followed him and began tapping
on his window, yelling for him to get back to work.
As the man continued yelling, he then opened the unlocked passenger door telling the security officer
to get to work or leave the property.
Now residents say that they are unhappy with the Miami condo board president, Ben Dvir, saying that he has history of aggressive behavior.
He has been accused of abusing his power as president of the Blue on the Bay condominium association in Miami numerous times.
Dvir owns multiple units in the Edgewater high rise.
Now, the security company owner sats that they plan to take legal action after their contract was canceled.
