Humboldt, Tennessee teen charged with murder, shooting 2 others at high school basketball game

A teenager has been charged in a fatal shooting that followed a pair of basketball games at a Tennessee high school.
WREG-TV reports that three men were shot, one fatally, Tuesday night outside the gym at Humboldt High School in Humboldt, Tenn.
Jadon Davon Hardiman, 18, of Jackson, has been charged with first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and carrying a weapon on school property.
Justin Kevon Pankey, 21, of Humboldt, died at the scene of the shooting. Two others were injured and treated at local hospitals.
Humboldt City Schools Superintendent Janice Epperson says the district is working on heightening security and detecting weapons at school games.
Epperson says security guards were at the game the night of the shooting.
About 500 people were at the school at the time of the shooting.
Epperson stressed that Humboldt High students were not involved in the shooting.
Humboldt is about 90 miles northeast of Memphis.
