For the past ten years, Armour College has partnered with non-profits, youth training organizations, churches, public and private schools, and private businesses to provide training that leads to and sustains employment through certifications, continuing educations and mentoring.
Now, we are excited to move forward with the process to bring training to students at no cost to them.
An application and formal documents have been filed to create a Charter School offering high school juniors, seniors, young adults, and those needing to retool their education to reenter the workforce.
This journey is exciting and challenging. A journey that will lead to providing a student with the tools and education to be successful in the workforce regardless of economical disadvantages or other preclusion that often stop many from realizing their goals and their dreams.
A Charter School is a privately owned and operated public school, funded through the same sources as any public school.
The name of the new school is Armour Tech Excel Center.
