Former Georgia security guard files lawsuit against Defense Group LLC for failure to pay overtime hours worked

Morgan & Morgan filed an alleged wage-and-hour violations lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court.
The suit, filed on behalf of security guard contractor Katie M. Lambeth, pursues claims against C&M Defense Group LLC for failure to pay overtime hours worked.
Complaint for damages against her former employer C&M Defense Group, LLC for failure to pay overtime compensation in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1), breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and quantum merit.
Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
The case is 1:22-cv-02405, Lambeth v. C&M Defense Group LLC.
