Man accused of video voyeurism at Florida mall caught with dozens of videos
Aventura, FL Aug 11 2022 – A man’s been arrested after filming multiple women without their consent at a South Florida mall.
22-year-old Andrew Joseph Eastburg, of Lake Worth, was arrested at the Aventura Mall on Sunday.
Police say an investigation began after Eastburg was pointed out by a mall patron for filming under women’s skirts.
An officer followed Eastburg and observed him filming a woman from behind.
Eastburg followed the woman down an escalator and through the mall, before turning around and saving the video.
The officer stopped Eastburg and asked for consent to search his phone.
On his phone, the officer found 30 videos dating back to July 23rd, which showed Eastburg “following numerous females and videoing their buttocks and crotch areas unknowingly as they shopped/walked through the mall,” according to his arrest report.
Eastburg was arrested and booked into jail.
He’s been banned from the mall for three years by mall security.
