Cincinnati high school security guard prevents shooting

A conflict on campus quickly turned violent when one of the students pulled out a handgun.
Had it not been for a fast-thinking security guard, the situation could have gone from bad to worse.
Security officer Charles McGee stood down a person with a gun on campus.
It was training and instinct that prevented a situation from going from bad to worse.
“Thank God we’re sitting here and it’s a story not a funeral,” McGee said.
Few details have been released by the school.
