Security officer subdues man causing disturbance, trespassing
Cleveland Heights OH May 13 2017
Police were called to the Grog Shop, 2785 Euclid Heights Blvd., where a security officer reported that he had been struck in the face by a patron after the patron had created a disturbance.
The security guard notified officers that he did not wish to pursue charges, but wanted the patron told not to return to the Grog Shop.
Police issued the trespass warning and the patron and he left.
However, police said that twelve minutes later, they were called back out to the Grog Shop again, where they say that the trespassed patron had returned to taunt the security guard and that he wanted to fight.
The security officer subdued the man, who was shouting obscenities.
The patron, who had the odor of alcohol about him, was charged with disorderly conduct.
