Former OPS security guard found not guilty in child sex assault case

A former Omaha Public School security guard at Omaha North High has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a child.
Ronald Powell, 53, was arrested over accusations he had inappropriate contact with a girl in October 2015.
After a mistrial in 2022, Powell was retried and was acquitted after a second trial in April 2023.
