Teen killed in fatal shooting in parking lot of Fairfield mall

A teen is dead after a fatal shooting in the parking lot of a Fairfield mall Friday afternoon.
Jefferson County deputies responded to Western Hills Mall on Aaron Aronov Drive shortly at 3:20 p.m.
A 16-year-old male was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was approached by three males wearing masks as he was walking in the parking lot, according to deputies. They shot at the victim before driving away in a dark-colored sedan. No suspects are in custody at this time.
