Man detained by security, arrested for trespassing at Harrington Casino
Harrington, Delaware July 20, 2023 A Milford man was arrested early Sunday morning for trespassing.
At around 4:20 a.m., police responded to the Harrington Casino after security personnel saw a man, identified as 38-year-old Mitchell Harding, inside the building.
Harding had reportedly been banned from being in the casino since July 2021 and had been warned that he would be arrested for trespassing if he returned.
Harding was escorted by the security officer, where the trooper subsequently took him into custody. Harding was also found to be in possession of approximately 7.02 grams of methamphetamine and approximately 0.6 grams of crack cocaine.
Harding was later released on a $4,250 unsecured bond on multiple charges.
