Security officer’s teeth knocked out during fight at Williamsport hospital
Williamsport, Pa. March 18 2024— A woman assaulted a security officer after being discharged from the emergency room at UPMC Williamsport.
Khalifah Hadiyah Watson, 45, told staff “I’m f***ing going nowhere” on March 11 when they asked her to leave UPMC Williamsport, Officer Jacob Huling said.
Watson swung at multiple people before striking the victim and damaging his teeth, Huling added.
After punching the security officer, Watson fell to the ground and landed on top of him, according to the complaint. The accuser sprained his thumb in the fall, Huling wrote.
Watson is being charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, defiant trespassing, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Judge Aaron Biichle set bail at $50,000 monetary during an arraignment.
