Laredo Texas Security Guard Shoots Driver Trying to Run Him Over

A security guard shot a patron at Golondrina Food Park who was allegedly attempting to run them over Thursday morning.
According to the Laredo Police Department, the shooting was reported at approximately 2:12 a.m. Thursday at Golondrina Food Park, located at 10211 Golondrina Dr. in north Laredo.
Several patrons had been asked to leave the premises, and one of them allegedly began driving recklessly while attempting to run over the security guard.
The security guard discharged his firearm, striking the patron. The patron then drove himself to Doctors Hospital to seek medical treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
