According to the criminal complaint, Kingsbury got angry with the 70-year-old security officer at Kenosha Medical Center, 6308 Eighth Ave., Sunday evening because the security guard asked him to leave the emergency room lobby.
Kingsbury had been going between the lobby and a bus stop throughout the day Sunday, the complaint states.
After the security officer walked Kingsbury out, he allegedly punched him several times in the face and knocked him to the ground before running away.
