Council Bluffs IA May 17 2018 An Omaha woman was arrested for indecent exposure Tuesday morning after police said she exposed herself to them while she was standing on the Interstate 29 exit ramp.
At 5:30 a.m., Council Bluffs police responded to the Ameristar Casino about a woman who was allegedly exposing herself to guests. Reports stated she was wearing a black trenchcoat and camouflage pattern sweater but no pants.
Casino security told investigators the woman was last seen walking towards the interstate. According to the police report, the woman walked up the off-ramp of Exit 52 into oncoming traffic.
Vehicles had to slow down and swerve around the woman, police said.

Police later learned from casino security the woman had exposed herself to guests at the hotel, the report stated. When confronted by the security officer, the woman allegedly flashed him in full view of the public, they said. The woman also told police she worked full-time for the CIA.
