Dallas security officer shot during burglary of vehicle
Dallas TX June 20 2018Â Police are searching for an armed robbery suspect accused of shooting a security guard outside a nightclub in Dallas early Wednesday.
It happened about 12:30 a.m. after the security guard saw the suspect inside his car in the parking lot of Hidden Door at 5025 Bowser Ave, police said.
The two confronted each other and the suspect shot at the security officer, police said.
There was no return fire, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital and was in stable condition, police said.
The suspect fled the scene.
