Woman assaulted child, pushed security guard into pool during brawl
Orlando FL June 21 2018 A 31-year-old Orlando woman was arrested in Cocoa Beach after police said she assaulted a child and pushed a security guard into a motel pool.
The altercation happened about 11 p.m. Saturday at the pool at International Palms Resort, Cocoa Beach police said.
According to the affidavit, Lisa Gonzalez was holding a young boy against a pool wall, preventing him from getting out. After the boy’s mother pulled him away, Gonzalez went after her, the affidavit said.
A security guard intervened, and Gonzalez pushed him into the pool and shoved him underwater, the affidavit said.
The security guard managed to get away and was not seriously injured.
