Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center Security Officer Assaulted

Police investigated an assault against a security officer and arrested a suspect after learning that there had been a confrontation between the man and a security officer.
John T. Stahl, 28, of South Main Street, Canandaigua, was charged July 10 by sheriff’s deputies with third-degree assault.
Deputies said Stahl injured a security guard at the Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center during a concert.
He was taken to jail pending arraignment.
Police did not say what started the confrontation.
The security officer’s injuries were also not reported.
