Allied Universal, a global contract security firm has been purchasing its competitors and regional security companies around the world.
This time, Allied Universal has acquired Landmark Event Staffing Services.
Landmark is a national event security and guest services company based in New Orleans Louisiana.
In 2022, Allied Universal announced that it had made 13 acquisitions. Of those, eight were in North America and five internationally.
In 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies, including G4S.
