Armed shoplifter threatened Phoenix Target security with knife
Phoenix AZ December 31 2019 Phoenix police are looking for the man who threatened loss prevention agents with a knife at a Target store.
On Friday, Nov. 8, around 9 p.m., the man tried to shoplift a vacuum cleaner from the store near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. When the loss prevention agents stopped him, he pulled out a knife and threatened to stab them, police said. The man ran off and dropped the vacuum cleaner.
He is described as a black man, 20 to 25 years old, about 5 feet tall, 210 pounds and was wearing a dark baseball cap and backpack.
