Armored car driver stole $56,000 in cash
HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. May 4 2019 An armored truck driver is accused of stealing a Wells Fargo money bag that contained $56,000.
On Monday morning, police arrested 21-year-old Isiah Mussenden of Tobyhanna for felony theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Mussenden, who is employed as a driver of armored vehicles for GardaWorld Cash Management Services, stole the bag while loading his truck for deliveries.
The money bag was eventually recovered inside his personal vehicle.
Mussenden was transported and lodged at Luzerne County Correctional for overnight arraignment.
