Armored truck robbed in Dorchester County SC
DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. April 12 2018
An armored truck was robbed by two armed men early Tuesday morning according to the Dorchester County South Carolina sheriff’s office.
The incident happened in the parking lot of the Food Lion on Ashley Phosphate Road at around 8 a.m.
While servicing an ATM, the security employees were ambushed and robbed at gunpoint, according to Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Captain Tony Phinney.
No injuries were reported, Phinney added.
