Arrest made in Fresh Market arson fire

Arson charges have been placed against two men arrested in fires being set at the Fresh Market on two occasions.
The Dearborn Police and Fire Departments are still investigating what happened at Dearborn Fresh Market on May 6 and again May 8.
Fire and police responded to the store at 13661 Colson and was told by store security that this was had been intentionally set and that the fire that was quickly doused, but not before the fire suppression system had caused damage to the building and inventory.
The second attempt also caused little damage. The store reopened within hours both times.
Security footage from the Sunday morning attempt showed a person in a hooded sweatshirt throwing flammable liquid on the building and then lighting it on fire. The person ran around a corner where they were picked up by a car.
Security guards notified police of the car and an arrest was quickly made. Details of the arrest have not yet been made public.
