Bouncer arrested after ‘exceeding the legal rights’ at Bricktown nightclub, police say

A bouncer was arrested overnight after an incident at a Bricktown nightclub caused two men to be taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Police told KOCO 5 that two men were trying to get into a nightclub near Flaming Lips Alley and South Oklahoma Avenue, but the bouncer wouldn’t let them in. The bouncer then “exceeded the legal rights” of what he was hired to do, according to police.
Officers arrested the bouncer on a complaint of assault and battery.
The two men were taken to a hospital to get checked out, but police said they are OK.
